Wanna learn Meditation in 5 Minutes? Beginners Guide to Meditation
Being in a world where there are stress, anxiety and trauma is so commonplace that the amount of stress that a teenager goes through is equal to the amount of stress that a mental patient went through in the 1960s
Do you wanna live like a Bomb is going to explode in your head...Like an Avalanche is going to fall on you any second...Do you wanna feel threatened every single second...Wanna feel like something is burning inside of you every second
Or Do wanna feel Calm and composed...Wanna feel like the absolute calmness within you...Wanna feel protected...Wanna feel like water is soothing every part of you...If you choose the latter then you are in the right place...The best and the most effective way to live a life with calmness and peacefulness is through meditation
Meditation is the shortest and most effective way to attain mindfulness...Wanna know how meditation does that?
Let's start then
Meditation is an art of identification of the real cause of our problems...Be it anything from relationship to professionalism anything and everything has a cause...and that cause has another cause...
Meditation is going deeper into yourself like a Scuba diver goes deeper into the ocean and finds another kind of life under the ocean...
You are also going to find another kind of life force within you...Within you lies something so calm and so undisturbed you are going to fall in with yourself... I believe that if you have read till here you are serious about it...and hopefully excited as well so let's get started...
This is a beginner guide to meditation
Meditation is all about practising stillness...more mentally than physically...Now, why do we want our minds to be still? One simple reason you can't drive the car until you learn how to steer it...
So if you can steer your mind, thought, emotions you might not even need meditation...but if you wanna learn how to steer a car you need to slow it down a bit..and your mind as well...
Start off by being physically still...Find a place..anywhere y
ou are comfortable...and sit down with your back straight...and just do that...Just that...Simple enough...But it's the simple things that are the hardest...No phone..no music...No Netflix...Just you sitting alone...Doing absolutely nothing
ou are comfortable...and sit down with your back straight...and just do that...Just that...Simple enough...But it's the simple things that are the hardest...No phone..no music...No Netflix...Just you sitting alone...Doing absolutely nothing
If you are feeling too bored let me tell you what's going to happen...your every negative thought will come and attack you from every single direction possible...And that's the thing that will help you grow...with every thought will becoming the reason of why is it coming...
.I want you to find those answers...and the answers could be anything...for example, if insecurity exists within you it could be from past experience...or your issue of lack of self-worth...or it could be as futile as "You were just thinking about it"...The cause is not important it is you knowing the cause...that's what's important
.I know these because these were all my issues...Yours could be anything...The only thing matters are that you know what is the reason
And that's the first step to Mindfulness...
"Being conscious about the reasons of your problem"
The next step is that you close your eyes and breathe...Focus on your breath...Let me tell you an interesting fact...Every breath you take is different...Observe...How your breath changes...How your thoughts and emotions affect your breath...
The problem that'll arise will be that your mind will wander off into random thoughts...And that's completely normal.....that happens to people even after years of practice...
So relax and take the first step towards attaining mindfulness...and living a completely different life...
To conclude it in two steps is
Sit still and observe whatever comes to mind...Even random thoughts have some reason behind them
Focus on your breath if nothing is coming to your mind
If you liked it..Please share it with your Friends...
ThankYou
